There’s something extra special about photographing a wedding on your own anniversary. It brings all those memories flooding back in from our own special day. Thankfully, since I’m 30 weeks pregnant, Nic came with me for this wedding and graciously carried all my gear for me. Happy Anniversary! 😉

We met Lauren and Codie a couple of years back at another fun outdoor wedding, and I was thrilled when Lauren asked me about capturing her special day. I loved the beautiful setting and gorgeous old farmhouse where the wedding was held. And this couple is just stunning together! We also had our fair share of rain, but they were such troopers, and everyone kept a great attitude about it. Thankfully, the rain held off for the ceremony and portraits!

I also love placing bets on whether or not the groom will cry when he sees his bride for the first time. You’ll have to scroll down to find out!
