Here are some of my favorite images from a recent family photo shoot in Birmingham with the Weeks family.
I’m not even sure where to begin… this family has been an absolute blessing to me! They opened their home to me while I was in seminary, and took me in as one of their own. I learned so much about life, marriage, family, parenting, and God’s grace while living with the Weeks. When I say they are like family, it’s no exaggeration. They probably have a lot to do with my love for photography. I remember them coming to visit me in Yorktown, Virginia while I lived there. I completely hijacked their nice Canon camera and snapped pictures of them the whole entire time…but they still love me, and have graciously adopted Nic and Bear! I digress. Earlier this fall, we spent a beautiful morning at Ross Bridge Park in Hoover… a place none of us had ever been! We had fun exploring and got some great shots. Check out some of my favorites.
