Jacy and Will tied the knot in Huntsville. This was one of my first opportunities to do some Huntsville wedding photography, at least in quite some time! I loved this laid-back wedding day, because it was so full of personal touches and lots of family! These two got married on the lawn of the church where Jacy’s dad is the pastor, and the wedding party included so many family members. They included some fun Alabama football details, and you know I always love that! A couple of Jacy’s sisters are some sweet friends of mine, so they made the day that much more special from a photographer’s standpoint.

The ceremony was perfect, and of course there were many teary-eyed faces in the crowd. Afterward, their outdoor reception under a tent was the perfect chance for them to enjoy some time with their guests and family members!

A lot of times brides think choosing to get married at a church that may not be the most “picturesque” means we can’t get beautiful bride and groom portraits. Jacy and Will’s wedding is a perfect example of how that’s not always the case!
