• Saturday, April 22 5pm-7pm
• Private Farm in Franklin, TN
• 15-minute session (with shopping/styling before we take photos)
• 5 edited digital images included (with option to buy all your files, or earn them by shopping with Matilda Jane)
• $50 Matilda Jane shopping credit when you sign up
• $150 session fee (but remember, you get $50 in MJ credit! Think of it like a digital giftcard.)

How will Matilda Jane mini sessions work?

Sign up for a mini session. We will apply your $50 credit shortly after you register, and you can start shopping at any time. Pick out your favorite items and purchase them ahead of time, OR wait and check out all the clothes at the event. Show up at your scheduled time, take a few minutes for our stylist and trunk keeper, Elizabeth, to help you shop or style or accessorize, and then we will start your mini session.

How do I know what coordinates?

The amazing thing about Matilda Jane Clothing is how intentionally they pick out colors and patterns to work together. It all fits together!

What kinds of images will I receive?

I will work to get family shots together, as well as individual images of each family member. Some families opt for kid-only photos, as gifts for mom or dad (Here comes Mother’s Day and Father’s Day!)

What sizes do you carry?

Matilda Jane offers clothing in the following sizes, but order quickly because quantities are limited, and when things sell out, they are gone!

• Babies: 3-6 month, 6-12 month, 12-18 month, 18-24 month
• Girls: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14
• Tweens: 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 (I have to admit, these are some of my FAVORITES!!)
• Ladies: XS, S, M, L, XL

How soon do I need to order my clothes to have them in time?

Order by Friday, April 14, to have your items in time for mini sessions!

Will there be a place to change or or try on clothes?

Yes! Our sessions will take place on a small private farm. All the MJ clothing will be displayed in the home, and our gracious hosts are providing all the space we need. All the mini sessions will be outdoors on the farm, in locations similar the the photos you see here (also taken on the farm)!

What do the boys need to wear?

You pick! Take a look at the color palettes in the April look book and the March look book to see some of the best  coordinating colors. I am always available ahead of time if you need an opinion about coordinating clothing. It’s usually best for dads and boys to wear solids or soft patters in neutral tones or MJ color palettes.

Do mamas have to wear Matilda Jane?

We hope you find something you love, but that doesn’t mean you must wear it for photos! If you can’t find the right fit, wear whatever fits you best and makes you feel the most confident. Wearing something you love helps create photos you will love!
